You are always right! If you're not happy. Our job isn't done. You have the right to be heard and understood. So please share your concerns with us ASAP, all issues will be addressed immediately. If something didn't fit or doesn't look right just return it with the original barcode and original receipt (as long as it is in the original package and original condition). No questions asked.
Privacy & Safety
We are a private business serving the needs of very exclusive clients in a very protective settings. After all, we work inside private homes, chalets and diwaniyas. . And we understand the exclusive nature of the society of which we serve and operate in. We don't 'named-drop' or use pictures of your project before we get your permission to do so. This is why you don't see a lot of reviews on our website. The privacy of our clients space and identity is something we pride ourselves to protect.

Returns and refunds
What's non refundable;
- Custom-made pieces. We make sure that you approve everything before the item is finished. There is no way that the item would finish without your approval so. Once its finished. It is non-refundable.
- All 3D rendering services that's been delivered
- All food items (unless you're still at the store and the items is indisputably damaged)
- One-of-a-kind designer pieces that stayed in your home or office for more than 7 days.
What's' Refundable;
Must have original receipt and original packaging
All items that are not custom-ordered are eligible for a full refund within 5 business days.
Items that are refundable within 14 days are; home accessories, plants, small furniture items, frames, small décor accessories, light fixtures.

Delivery & Shipping
- We use local delivery companies to ship your bought items. Whatever they charge is theirs to keep. And this cost is passed on to you.
- So is shipping; we can arrange it for you. But the cost of shipping and any tariffs or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
- We ship from Kuwait
- You are very welcome and encouraged to visit our store and browse the selection in person. Sometimes we can video-call you to show you the items in person.
